OVERVIEW

You may return unopened items for any reason within 30 days of the initial order for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or exchange. Items returned that are opened or damaged by customer will not receive a refund or exchange. Items that are returned after 30 days of the initial order will not receive a refund or exchange. Customer must contact NailMall Supply, Inc. at (800) 844-8991 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any items; items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted for refund or exchange. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Many items shown may vary slightly in appearance. Please contact customer service if you need further clarification on a particular product. Items described as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALL RETURNS ARE INSPECTED

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our policies and criteria, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for refund, replacement, or exchange. Please be sure to follow the below guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Returns processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received.

RETURNING WRONGLY SHIPPED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products. Please check your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 business days if you find that a product is defective, missing, or damaged by the shipper. NailMall Supply, Inc. shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a store credit, or exchange. In the event any product is wrongly shipped we will be committed to correct the error. The original order must be returned within 30 days of the initial order. All products must be unopened, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. If any of these conditions are not met a refund will not be issued.

RETURNING NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Acceptance of NON-DEFECTIVE items for return is the sole discretion of NailMall Supply, Inc. If the item(s) are accepted for return the customer will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. NailMall Supply, Inc. has sole discretion of the method of credit for the refund. Shipping and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer and its non-refundable. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately denied and NailMall Supply’s return policy will NOT BE HONORED if the product(s) are not returned within 30 days of the initial order. Product(s)and packaging must be unopened, undamaged, and returned in the same condition received. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchange items or items returned for store credit are exempt from 20% restocking fee. If these conditions are not met no refund will be issued and customer must pay return shipping charges if they would like the product(s) returned.

EXCHANGES

If you received an item and need to exchange it for a replacement item, you need to follow the above procedure for "returning Non-Defective products". Customer will be responsible for shipping the item in question back to NailMall Supply, Inc. We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning, we additionally recommend that customers use a "traceable carrier" such as UPS or FedEx that can provide you with "proof of delivery. Item(s) must be returned with 30 days of the initial order; product(s) must be unopened, and undamaged. If the above conditions are not met, item(s) sent for return consideration will be immediately denied. If customer would like the original product(s) returned to them after denial, postage and handling charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note you do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order, also note that it could take 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our return center.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

Under no circumstance will product(s) returned after 30 days of initial order receive a refund. If a customer return item(s) for refund consideration after 30 days of initial order it will be immediately denied and customer must pay shipping and handling charges to receive said item(s) back. Please note item(s) must be received by our warehouse within the 30 days from the initial order.

WARRANTY ITEMS

For warranty information, refer to the information provided with original item packaging. Customer understands that NailMall Supply, Inc. is not the manufacturer of the items purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not NailMall Supply, Inc. NailMall Supply, Inc. and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, related to products. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturers warranty, if any.
